We endeavour to despatch your goods from our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order.
We use various courier services and Australia Post for shipping all our parcels, both within Australia and internationally. All vendors provide a reliable and prompt service. The courier system used within Australia, enables us to track your parcel throughout Australia.
A signature will be required for confirmation of delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a card - with notification - will be left in your post box. You will then be able to contact the courier service to arrange a suitable drop off time.
You can provide alternate delivery instructions. In this instance however, iLumn8 Glow Products cannot be held responsible for parcels left unsigned.
